batjee Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "batjee", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the batjee platform, operating under an international gaming licence and providing services through the domain batjee.lat.
• "Platform" means the batjee website, all associated subdomains, the casino lobby, sports betting interface, instant game products (including Lucky Dice and Keno Bonus Number), wallet infrastructure, promotional systems, and any future features made available under the batjee brand.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by an eligible individual for the purpose of accessing and using batjee services.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any natural person who registers an Account or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Wallet" means the PKR-denominated balance held within a Player's Account, used to place wagers, claim bonuses, and receive winnings.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a casino game, sports betting market, or instant game available through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or matched deposit amount credited to an Account pursuant to a batjee promotion, which is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that batjee is required to carry out in accordance with its licensing obligations.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole fiat currency in which the batjee Wallet operates.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory from which access to or use of online gambling services is unlawful under applicable local law.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Any reference to a statute or regulatory instrument includes amendments made to it from time to time.

2.1 Age Requirement. The batjee Platform is strictly available to individuals who are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable. batjee employs age verification procedures at the point of registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any subsequent time.

2.2 One Account Per Person. Each natural person is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the batjee Platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts — whether directly or through a third party — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Wallet balances and pending winnings.

2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You must promptly update your Account information if any detail changes. batjee is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated Account information provided by a Player.

2.4 Prohibited Jurisdictions. You must not access or use the Platform if doing so would violate any law or regulation applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, or ordinarily resident in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction. batjee reserves the right to restrict or block access from specific territories at any time without prior notice.

2.5 KYC Compliance. batjee is required under its gaming licence to verify the identity of all Account holders. This may involve requesting copies of a government-issued identity document (such as a CNIC or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed satisfactorily.

3.1 Credential Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. batjee will never contact you requesting your password via any channel.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify batjee immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised. batjee will take reasonable steps to secure the Account upon receiving such notification.

3.3 Player Responsibility for Account Activity. All activity conducted through your Account — including all Wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. batjee is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.

3.4 Account Transfer Prohibited. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, gift, pledge, or otherwise dispose of your Account or any Wallet balance to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an Account will result in immediate closure of all involved Accounts.

3.5 Device & Connection Security. You are responsible for ensuring that any device used to access the batjee Platform is free from malicious software and that your internet connection is secure. batjee strongly recommends using a private, password-protected network connection when accessing your Account.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. batjee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, Raast, 1LINK, USDT TRC20, and retail cash (OTC). All fiat transactions are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits are generally credited to your Wallet in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used. batjee is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking infrastructure interruptions, or network issues on the Player's side.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Processing times vary by payment method. batjee aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly; however, batjee reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before releasing funds, particularly for withdrawals above specified threshold amounts.

4.4 Same-Method Withdrawal Policy. As a standard anti-money laundering practice, batjee will generally return funds to the same payment method used for the original deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. Winnings exceeding the deposited amount may be withdrawn via a verified payment method of your choice.

4.5 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed within the batjee cashier at the time of transaction. batjee reserves the right to update these limits without prior notice.

4.6 Declined Transactions. batjee reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, batjee will notify the Player through their registered contact details and may request additional documentation.

5.1 Offer Eligibility. Promotional offers made available on the batjee Platform are subject to individual offer terms and conditions that supplement these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between an individual offer's terms and these Terms, the individual offer terms shall prevail in respect of that specific promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before those funds — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified in each individual promotion's terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. batjee takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include, without limitation: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same offer; placing low-risk or hedged wagers solely to satisfy wagering requirements; using software or automated tools to exploit bonus mechanics; and coordinating with other players to systematically extract bonus value. Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all bonus-related winnings forfeited.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire after the validity period specified in the individual promotion's terms. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from the Wallet without notice or compensation.

5.5 Right to Amend or Withdraw Offers. batjee reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where an offer is withdrawn mid-promotion, batjee will communicate the change through a notice on the Platform and will honour reasonable expectations for Players who are in the process of satisfying existing wagering requirements.

6.1 Game-Specific Rules. Each casino game, sports betting market, and instant game available on the batjee Platform is governed by its own set of game rules, which form part of these Terms. You are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable game rules before placing any Wager. Ignorance of game rules does not constitute grounds for a refund or dispute resolution in a Player's favour.

6.2 Bet Acceptance. A Wager is accepted and binding at the moment the Platform confirms the bet placement. batjee reserves the right to void Wagers placed in error, at erroneous odds, or where a technical fault has affected the outcome. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Wallet.

6.3 Palpable Errors. Where odds, payouts, or game parameters are published due to a manifest error (including typographical errors, technical faults, or data feed issues), batjee reserves the right to void any affected Wager and return the stake, regardless of whether the Wager has already been settled.

6.4 Sports Betting Markets. Cricket betting markets — including PSL matches, bilateral international series, and ICC tournament fixtures — are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In-play market outcomes are determined by the state of play at the moment the bet was accepted. batjee's sports trading team decisions regarding market settlement are final.

6.5 Disconnection Policy. Where a game session or bet placement is interrupted by a network disconnection or platform outage, batjee will apply its disconnection policy as documented in the relevant game rules. Generally, interrupted RNG game rounds are either completed automatically on the server side or the stake is returned. Sports bets already submitted prior to disconnection remain valid.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the batjee Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Wallet balance and pending winnings, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether personally or through a proxy.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any point during the Account lifecycle, including KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using technical means (including VPNs, proxy servers, or IP masking tools) to circumvent geographic access restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the Platform's wallet, deposit, or withdrawal mechanisms.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings generated through such exploitation are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating bets or sharing information in live casino games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing batjee staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other players' Accounts or to batjee's backend systems.
• Claiming bonuses or promotional offers for which you are not eligible, or exploiting promotional structures in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

8.1 Entertainment Purpose. The batjee Platform is provided for entertainment and recreational purposes only. Gaming and betting on batjee should never be regarded as a source of income, a means of recovering financial losses, or a solution to financial difficulties. batjee strongly encourages all Players to set personal limits and monitor their gaming behaviour.

8.2 Available Tools. Every verified batjee Account holder has access to the following responsible gaming tools through the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Wallet.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing — ranging from 24 hours to several weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and block re-registration for a minimum period of six months. This tool is irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

8.3 Age Restriction Enforcement. The batjee Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. batjee employs technical and procedural measures to prevent underage access and reserves the right to carry out age verification checks at any time. If you are aware of a minor attempting to access the Platform, you must report this immediately to [email protected].

8.4 Further Assistance. If you believe that your gambling behaviour is causing you or others harm, batjee encourages you to visit the batjee Responsible Gaming page for further guidance and access to independent support resources.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the batjee Platform — including but not limited to the batjee logo, brand name, website design, game graphics, user interface elements, written content, software code, and promotional materials — is either owned by or licensed to batjee and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Limited Licence to Players. batjee grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without batjee's prior written consent.

9.3 Prohibited Use. You may not scrape, mirror, frame, or deep-link any part of the batjee Platform. You may not use batjee's brand name, trademarks, or logos in any external publication, social media post, or commercial material without prior written authorisation from batjee.

10.1 Platform Availability. batjee provides the Platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While batjee makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous Platform availability, batjee does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur.

10.2 Financial Losses from Gaming. batjee shall not be liable for any financial losses incurred by a Player as a result of gaming or betting activity on the Platform. Players engage in gaming and betting at their own risk and with full knowledge that gambling involves the risk of financial loss.

10.3 Indirect Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, batjee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

10.4 Third-Party Services. The batjee Platform integrates third-party payment processors, game studio providers, and data feed services. batjee is not responsible for the performance, availability, or errors of third-party services and is not liable for any losses arising from third-party service failures beyond batjee's reasonable control.

10.5 Maximum Liability Cap. Where batjee is found liable to a Player under applicable law notwithstanding the limitations above, batjee's maximum aggregate liability to that Player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Wallet in the 30 days immediately preceding the relevant incident.

11.1 Right to Amend. batjee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, via the registered contact details on file. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

11.2 Effective Date of Amendments. Amendments to these Terms take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform unless a specific future effective date is stated. batjee recommends that Players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current version.

11.3 Account Termination by Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting batjee support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Wallet (net of any pending wagering requirements applicable to Bonus Funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method. Account closure does not exempt you from obligations that arose prior to closure.

11.4 Account Termination by batjee. batjee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited activity, or where continued Account operation creates a regulatory or legal risk for batjee. In such cases, batjee will communicate the reason for closure to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11.5 Survival of Clauses. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited activities, and governing law shall survive the termination or expiry of a Player's Account and these Terms for any reason.

12.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under batjee's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits the statutory rights available to you under the laws of your country of residence where those rights cannot lawfully be excluded.

12.2 Dispute Resolution — First Step. In the event of any dispute, complaint, or concern arising from your use of the batjee Platform, you must first contact batjee's customer support team at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue. batjee commits to acknowledging all complaints within 48 hours and to providing a substantive response within 10 business days.

12.3 Escalation. If you are not satisfied with batjee's resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under batjee's international gaming licence. Details of the applicable escalation process will be provided upon request through customer support.

12.4 Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being made available for convenience, the English-language version shall prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency.
